Each year carries its own energetic signature, a rhythm that invites us to release, to grow, and then to begin again. And 2025 was that year to release. And 2026 is one of those powerful begin again energy years. So I'm very, very excited to talk to you about what numerology is, what a universal year is, what it looks like for us to go from this current year nine to a year one, what that could mean for you and how it interacts with what we've got going on. A universal year reflects the collective vibration or the collective energetic theme that influences everyone on the planet for that calendar year. So we're talking high level here. The universal year, the universal energy affects everyone. We also have our own personal year number, and you can get that by adding the digits of your birthday along with the universal year. So your birthday, which would be your month and your day along with the universal year number. So the universal year number is calculated by adding all the digits of the year together until you get a single digit. So we're always bringing down to a single digit, except for master numbers, which are 11, 22, or 33, but don't even worry about that right now. So 2025, it would be two plus zero plus two plus five, which equals nine. So that's the universal year of 2025. And then 2026 is two plus zero plus two plus six, which equals 10. And again, we're bringing it down to a single digit. So we're going to add one plus zero, and that gives us one. So think of the universal year kind of as the energetic weather pattern for the year, the collective mood or focus that the world moves through together. While then we have our personal year number. Like I said, it's based on your birth date, your month, and your day, and then adding that to the universal year number. So for 2026, you would add a one to it. And that is what you are going on as an individual. And then the universal year provides the backdrop, the shared energetic storyline that influences all of us while we're also moving through our own personal cycle. So our cycle in numerology operate on nine-year cycles. So from one to nine, and then it starts all over again. So think about this like a spiral. So every cycle, everyone builds upon the last. So we're constantly going deeper, we're constantly going deeper into all these things that are keep coming up to us. And we're constantly evolving and moving on to a higher level of consciousness. Well, we know we are if we're listening to something like this, right? Of course. So the nine-year numerology cycle, I want to go over it just at a high level. I'm going to tell you what each number, what theme and energy it goes with the number. So you kind of have an idea of the nine-year cycle. And again, this year, 2025, we're in a number nine, and we're going to begin again next year, 2026, in a one. So it's kind of like look back at where you were nine years ago, and that was your beginning number one. So what happened over this past nine-year cycle for you? It's really interesting because if you think for a moment, I think you'll find that there was some major things that happened in that year one, nine years ago, that have really are kind of coming to a head at this point and have influenced every single aspect of your life. It's interesting to think about. So into the year numbers and the energies and the themes that they bring along with them. Uh, year one, which is what we're about to step into, is uh new beginnings. So this is the seed year. You know, this is the initiation, this is the fresh start. This is that energy to plant new ideas and begin again. So that's gonna be 2026. We've got a two, which symbolizes partnership and patience. That is the energy that is gonna come along that year, and that focuses on relationships, balance, harmony, and collaboration. A year three, the energy is creativity and expression. That's the year of inspiration, of play, and of sharing your voice, which I just finished my personal year three. That's what 2025 is for me. So that's what's closing. Year four, foundation and discipline. That is the turning dreams into reality, into form through consistent effort. So it's that building of structure and systems and stability. Year five, freedom and change, movement, adventure, transformation, breaking routines and embracing flexibility. That's a great year to be in. Year six, love and responsibility. That's allowing you to deepen your care for yourself and for others. So that's a lot of family, home, service, and really aligning your values, your life with your values. A year seven is deep spiritual awakening and inner work. That is the year that Nikki is currently in this year. And that's a quieter introspective year for healing, for intuition, reflection. Year eight, power and manifestation. It's a big money year, leadership, material mastery, learning how to use your power with integrity. And then a year nine, which is the year we're currently in right now, 2025, is a year of completion and release. So on a large collective scale, we are going through a year of completion and release, letting go, forgiveness, endings, reflection, closure, and all of these endings and releasing and all this stuff that we're doing, it's making space for new beginnings for next year. So after the nine, the cycle restarts, but at a higher level of consciousness. The ending is always the beginning again. Think of that spiral. And right now we're we're experiencing that shift from a nine to a one, this collective rebirth and new cycle energy that we're stepping into. 2025, a lot of us felt cycles ending, jobs ending, maybe identity shifting, relationships transforming. You know, I expect I experienced an ego death for sure. And we're about to step into this universal one, this 2026 rebirth, a clean slate, and an invitation to lead, to create, to begin again consciously. Consciously is the key word here. This nine-to-one transition is super powerful. And the invitation for us right now is to release attachment to what's complete so that we can move forward into creation energy without dragging in any old baggage. So take a moment to think about your life.

What can we let go of? What do we not want to bring with us into the next nine years? We've got the rest of the month of December to let that shit go. So whatever we gotta do to do that, whatever rituals you need to do, whatever trip you need to take, whatever time alone you need to have, whatever discussions you need to have with yourself, with the divine, with others, this is the time to step into your truth. Take some inspired action and begin now with releasing so that we can write this next chapter of our lives intentionally, consciously. It's not about rushing to start everything right now. Next year is going to be about planting the right seeds. And we plant the right seeds by being clear on what we want, on who we are, on who we want to be, on how we want to feel, on what our values are, on what's important to us, what are our priorities, and with your heart. Heart-led authenticity, heart-led energy, love, leading with love. So clarity and love. And we get that by taking a moment to be with ourselves, to be in that silence, to be in that stillness, to ask ourselves, what is it that we really want in these next nine years? Who is it that we truly want to be? How do we want to show up in this world? What's important to us? Who's important to us? What do we want to create?

And what are we letting let go of right now and not bring with us?

So I'd love for you to think back on this year and notice how this nine energy showed up in your life. Again, we all have our own personal years that we're going through. Mine was a year three. But this universal year energy, the nine, affects all of us. So I am experiencing endings and closures, things coming to an end in my life, even though my life has a unique aspect to it right now that might not be the same as yours. So how are these, how is this energy of closure, of endings, of death showing up in your life this year?

Maybe take a moment to journal on that.

And now, how is the energy of 2026 already showing up in your life? Because there's no like distinct cutoff line, you know, it bleeds a little bit one to the other. It's like brackish waters. You know, we have fresh water, we have salt water. Well, where they go together, they commingle. It's called brackish water. There's no clear delineation. So we're already feeling some of the 2026 energy. So where are you feeling and noticing this energy show up in your life? This renewed motivation, maybe some new visions, or even some small, subtle shifts in your priorities. You may feel excitement, but also uncertainty, and that's totally normal, that's totally okay. Because beginnings are full of both potential and possibility. And when we don't know what we're stepping into, it can be a little bit scary. However, this is your chance to trust, to have faith. That everything that is meant to you will come to you and it'll come to you in the right time. You just need to have space to be able to recognize this opportunity and be able to say yes to it if you're ready for it. If you don't have space, you won't even have the ability to say yes. That's why it's so important to have these cycles and finish out this year nine by letting go of anything else we can. Completing anything else we can.

Maybe certain patterns, maybe identities or chapters of your life that are closing out. Fully let these things go and notice how this release has created space for new possibilities.

How has that shown up for you?

In this universal year nine, we're asked to make peace with the past so that we can step forward lighter and ready to create from a place of clarity and space. So I'm really excited for this for for you, for me, for us, as a collective. And I know that I've mentioned this before, but my favorite book for numerology is You Are Cosmic Code, Essential Numerology by Caitlin Kerhart. And it's a nice short read. It explains things very simply and gives you everything you need for a baseline knowledge of numerology and how it works and how you can find out all your numbers. So, what I'm going to do, which I did this past year, is I'm going to read this excerpt from the book that's talking about the universal year one and the energy. It's key themes and just a little description of this year so that you know what to expect. And I'd love for you to just listen and be aware of what sticks out to you, like what resonates with you. Because not all of it will, but there are going to be some lines that really just take a hold of you and just stick out. So just notice that for yourself. So again, this is from UR Cosmic Code, a universal year one, a year of new beginnings, opportunities, and independence. The themes, new beginnings, independence, year of self, and rebirth. Year ones are a time of rebirth and new beginnings. Entering a year one will feel as if a weight has been lifted off your shoulders and you can finally take a deep breath. You have just endured an intense three-year transitional period of the seven, eight, and nine year cycles, leading you towards your year of new beginnings and fresh starts. The seven, eight, and nine cycles are a time of deep transformation where every part of you that no longer resonates or that does not serve you must be shed. Similar to a snake shedding its skin, you must let go of all parts of yourself that no longer resonate with the person you are becoming, all in the name of growth. This could be in the form of your beliefs, certain people, places or things, or even a massive shift in mindset. You must release your past in order to call in the new life you are creating. By the time you enter your personal year one, you are an entirely new person and you are able to reinvent yourself in unexpected ways. New opportunities will present themselves to you during this time, so be prepared to take action. The one is the number of the innovator, so rest assured that you will not only be innovating your internal world, but also your outer world. This is the year you get really clear on your intentions and to start planting those seeds. What you plant in a year one tends to take seed for the entire nine-year cycle. For example, if you're looking to launch a new business or start a new relationship, these could be endeavors that you started in a year one. This is a time to focus on yourself and your own needs. What do you truly want in life? What will make you feel most fulfilled? Since next year will be your year two, the year of the other, it is really important that this year you cultivate a relationship with yourself. If ever there was a time to be selfish, it is in the energy of a year one. Remember, the most important relationship you'll ever have is with yourself. When you learn to love yourself unconditionally, there is nothing you cannot overcome or handle. All the traits associated with the vibration of the one, the good and the bad, will be focused on your independence and stepping into your role as a leader.

The themes for this universal year one again are new beginnings, rebirth and initiation, leadership, self-empowerment, trusting your intuition, taking that inspired action, and planting seeds for that new nine-year cycle with clarity and intention. So, what does fresh start energy mean to you in life, in business, on your spiritual journey?

What does that fresh start energy look like for you? How can we align with this?

SPEAKER_03: 20:47

We can reflect instead of rush. Think about things before we just take that action. We can set our intentions with clarity and purpose. We can't do that until we take the time to get clear and real with ourselves. We can focus on authentic leadership and personal truth. So, what does being a leader mean to you?

How do you show up as yourself? And we can take inspired, not impulsive action. Again, inspired action, not rushed, not impulsive.

But something that feels good, feels good, and aligns because we have taken the time to be clear and we know what aligns and what doesn't at this point in our lives. A year one reminds us that every ending births a new beginning. And this time we get to write it consciously. Take some time to journal, maybe cleanse your spaces with Palo Santo sage. You can also do it with sound. Maybe do some visualization practices or some breath work. And also taking the time to set a word of the year and intentions for this next year. I love a word of the year. Nikki and I talk all about ours in our closing the year out uh podcast. It's going to be the final one of the year. Your personal year energy is major. And so if you're interested in going a little bit deeper, I highly recommend figuring out what your personal year number is. Again, that's your birthday, birth month added together along with the universal year number. So it'll be a one for next year. And take some time to dive a little bit deeper into that and see what that's like. And then there's another layer, even on top of that. And there are cycles we go through every month of different energies. So different months bring different energies. And like, for example, in September, that is the month that we experience the same energy as the year. So it's like a double dose of energy in September, like a punch in the face. And it all is based on what your personal year energy is. And September is just like a huge dose. And then October is a preview for you of what your energy will be like the next year.
