SPEAKER_00:And now on to day of the top.
SPEAKER_02:This is the Arctorian channeling for December 2025. Anytime you hear this is the right time for you, whether it is in December or at another time. Your soul finds this at the time you are meant to hear this.
SPEAKER_01:Take a deep breath in. With a nice long exhale and beginning transmission. You are exactly where you are meant to be.
SPEAKER_02:December is the time for rest and digest. December is the time that aligns with your lunar cycles, your solar cycles. You are in a time and an era of relaxation where the fruits of your labor have all been done, created, seeds planted, however you want to put it. And now is the time for you to rest. Rest and enjoy. Get lost in rest. Get lost in relaxation. You are often given the formula of constant stimuli, constant doing, constant action. Go, go, go. And on some sides, yes, that's great. You want to be able to have action. You want to not be passive in your life, you want to take those actionable steps and to understand free will and to grow in that way. Absolutely beautiful. But there is balance. And your world is a world of polarity. So why wouldn't, in a world of polarity, you also need rest? If you live in a world of dark and light where you need the balance, the yin and the yang, the push and the pull, the rest and the digest, the rest and the go, why wouldn't you also need to carve out time for your rest? And that is our message to you. This time, when you listen to this, is a time for you to rest without guilt and to get lost in the rest. We give you the analogy of being a child going outside and waiting for the street lights to come on or to be called in for dinner. We know we're giving an older analogy, but this is the energy we are asking you to embody in December 2025, or when you hear this, because this energy is the energy of opening your channel and relaxing your nervous system. The Trinity works together: mind, body, spirit. And when you stress one of those, the three of them cannot function properly. So if you think you have times of rest, but you are actually receiving mental stimuli from whatever you call it, your TV or your phone or whatever it might be, that's still stressing a part of your three that are meant to live in harmony. If you don't help your body or move your body or stretch your body or honor your body, that's stress of the three. And if you don't honor your spiritual divine connection to source, to something bigger than you, to your messages, to knowing that there's a divine connection within your highest self, you're also stressing your trinity. So we're asking you at this time to relax from all three. Sounds easier than it is, especially with how things process and operate on your planet. Constant stimuli, constant doing, constant activations. But when you have so much influx of go, go, go, you literally have a tornado of energy around your aura, surrounding your body uh like a whist. With that, if you're constantly doing something and this is surrounding your body and energy, no messages can get in to guide you to your next path. No ideas can come in to help you to grow and evolve as a soul on your highest evolution. The cellular regeneration and all of the access of minerals from the cosmic energy, and the words we we there are words out there about how you receive minerals from the cosmic and they're not even part of your dictionary. So we the the biggest way to explain it is that when your vessel is crazy and really fast, you are unable to receive the minerals and the nutrients from the ethers around you to help you heal and evolve. So when you give yourself this time to rest and lose yourself in rest, do not feel guilty about it because that is part of the divine equation. That is needed not only for you, but also for the collective. Because when you do something and then others do it, even just you, you help light others around you just by honoring your own energy and being in that rest and relaxation state. And it can feel uncomfortable, especially if you've lived in a state of doing is productive and doing is success, and doing creates action and creates tangible things. Everything on your planet is tangible things. Let me hold it in my hand. But you, my child, you're listening to this, you know that's not all there is. You know there's something more out there. You know that there is more around you. You see the magic, you see the synchronicities, you feel it in your bones, you feel it in your energy. So honoring the rest and honoring this almost as a radical act of radical sovereignty and stepping away from the chaos that is every day, giving yourself time to be bored. Give yourself time to be bored and see how that feels in your body. When you're standing in line at a store, instead of pulling out your phone and looking at it, give yourself time to take in your surroundings. Look around, access your senses. A big part of this can be accessing your senses, seeing what you see, smell, hear, touch, even maybe you taste something. Giving yourself time to be bored and to get lost in relaxation. That is the gift that you have as a human. Animals know that they cannot survive in constant stress. Innately, they know this. So they have their moments of stress, and then they might shake it off and they go into their rest. And your equation for this should not be much stress. In fact, it should be 10 to 15 percent less, honestly, is how you should live if you are if you are stressing areas of you, because you know the stress, the pressure, how diamonds are formed. Yes, stress does create magic, of course. But not when stress is happening all the time, especially when you have a ethereal, physical, mystical, spiritual, and cerebral body. That needs rest to be able to fully function, to be able to access the ethers and access the intuitive hotline so that you may receive the pings and the ideas, the intuitive hits to guide you on those breadcrumbs for your soul evolution. You're here on Earth school to grow and evolve as a soul. And if you're looking down at your phone for 40 years, when you go for your soul review in your next lifetime, that's what you'll be shown. You were looking down at your phone for 40 years instead of looking up and accessing and looking at what's around you to heal and solve and understand, listen to your soul, listen to your body, listen to your mind. And we do not say that to scare you. It's free will. You're in a planet of free will. You can look at your phone for 80 years. You can do whatever you would like to do. That is your decision. We are saying for your ultimate health and happiness, for your ultimate freedom and healing, for your ultimate growth on a soul level, to be conscious and have awareness, to step out of the line, to step out of the marching forward of everyone and one sink, sink, sink, sink. Stepping away from that, radical rest, radical relaxation, radical peace, and choosing your own desires. So being the one who's not on their phone, being the one who's listening to the birds, being the one who likes to walk barefoot, being the one who enjoys what's around in the present moment. Animals are not worrying about what happened in the past or what's going to happen in the future. They're not wired that way, like physically. They're not actually wired that way from an energetic standpoint. Humans are. So, as humans, you can live in something that happened 30 years ago that still creates stress and disease in your body because you are latching onto it, whether it's consciously or unconsciously, whether it's a story you've been telling yourself and that's your identity or not. You also can live in the future of worry about what might happen. Those two things are so far from where you are at this present moment. And the present is a present. The present is your present. To feel, go back to your senses, your five senses, to feel, to hear, to taste, to touch, to smell. You are given these for a reason to enjoy earth, to enjoy what's around you. Yes, absolutely. Also to be present and to pull yourself out of the mold that is being cast all around you, to step out and do something different. That is radical rest and radical realization and radical sovereignty. So we say all of this to give you the idea that right now is a time for rest. And rest means something different to everyone. A massage to one person would be super relaxing, to another would be tense and stressful and anxiety-inducing. Everyone's rest is different. And when we say rest, we want you to think of that trinity, your mind, body, and spirit. When you are resting, are all three relaxed? That is your equation. Only you know what that is in your body. Do you feel that way during a yoga class? Do you feel that way during a walk in nature? Do you feel that way laying on the couch? Do you feel that way meditating? Do you feel that way basking in the sun? Do you feel that way laughing with friends? Only you know what true rest and relaxation feels like for you. And right now is the time and space to do that. Because as you step into the energy of 2026, you're going to move into an embodiment to start 2026. And then it moves into action a few months later for earth timing purposes. So right now is your rest. Because so many different ways we can look at the energy of this year, 2025, the year of endings, the year of closure, the year of uh disclosure, the year of transparency, all of these things. And this was also the year of Mars and hard truths and a lot. You know, you look at everything from different perspectives, but they all have the same energy around what the year means. This year was a year of looking at your shadows, feeling them fully, releasing, integrating, healing, understanding, not repressing, so that you can step into this next version of you. So if you do get into an area or a place where you listen to this and you think, okay, yes, I'm going to relax. And you try to relax and you feel your skin crawl and you feel very uncomfortable and you feel your mind's racing, or you have stress and anxiety, you can't even pinpoint or put your finger on where that's coming from or why you have it. That is, again, an analogy with a child. That is your inner child latching onto you to tell you something's wrong and you still need to look at this to heal it. And it might not be something that's actually related with what's going on in that moment. We give you the example of being on a vacation and being in a car in a tropical paradise with family and friends. Everyone's laughing, and you feel an overwhelming sense of uh of stress, an overwhelming sense of anxiety. You even feel physical shakes in your body. How could this be? You're on vacation. You're in a beautiful tropical paradise. Everything is aligned. People are laughing in the car around you. How could this be? Why are you stressed here? Of all places, why are you stressed here? That is your inner child tapping you, saying, Hey, there's still one more thing to look at. There's something here that you don't feel worthy of this. So you are clenching it and tightening it to make it hard on yourself because you feel your safety net is the tough and not the ease. But we're telling you, you need the ease. You really absolutely need the ease, the ease and the relaxation of your Trinity, your mind, body, spirit. When you have that and you give yourself that, that's where you open yourself up for yes, the messages, the intuitive downloads, divine connection, but also to the healing, also to healing your cells. All of this micromagic stardust in the ethers and all of these healing energy waves for your cells and your telomeres and your everything, everything, everything inside of you that cannot get in if you have that tornado flying around you. So you also receive the healing your body needs on a cellular level when you give yourself rest and peace.
SPEAKER_01:You receive the abundance and the manifestations that you've wanted because they can't get in if there's a tornado around you. They need the ease. So we leave you with this rest is very important. Just as important as action, if not more. Rest and relaxation are important.
SPEAKER_02:And if you are someone who fires and wires a lot, your rest and relaxation might still be activating one of your three trinity. So look and see how can I relax all three. Now we say, you know, if you take a yoga class and you're stretching your body, you're not overthinking because you're your your body's focused on stretching, and then you're kind of opening up your channels for spiritual activation. So your spiritual body feels good. That would be relaxation. But if you're doing a hard class where you're really stressing your body out and holding long postures and pushing yourself to the limits, that's not relaxation. You know, it's it's a you you know what it is in your body, right? A yin yoga class, a a relaxing, stretching one, that would be relaxation for you. A meditation class. So you when you do these things, you open yourself up. So we leave you with this. If you feel you do not give yourself time to rest and relax for the Trinity, challenge yourself once a day to be bored for three minutes. No phone, no TV, no stimuli, no music, no conversation, not even walking. Just sit. Just sit for three minutes. And if that feels like a breeze, make it five. If that feels like a breeze, make it seven. Find your threshold for where you start to get the itch that you need to pick up your phone or you need to do something, or you are crawling out of your skin. And that's your threshold for how you'll continue to grow from there. So say it's seven minutes. At seven minutes, you start to feel very uncomfortable and you start to squirm. That's when the monkey mind comes into place, and you can overcome that by the next day setting the clock for eight minutes and continuing to strengthen this muscle, especially if you've been in a constant state of doing. So giving yourself this time because once you start to train your body for relaxation, you can turn it on and like that. Just like someone who meditates every day, they can close their eyes and drop in into a meditation, into that relaxed state. Same thing you can. Drop into this relaxation and even enjoy it. Perhaps make a ceremony around it. Maybe you want to relax with a nice cup of tea. Maybe you want to relax and just breathe through it. Maybe you want to relax and honor your five senses while you do. As long as you are not stressing your five senses, as long as you are enhancing them and letting them relax and enjoy peace, relax, radical relaxation, enjoyment, do that. Now is a time to relax. Now is a time to know it is vital and important to get lost in the relaxation. Lose yourself in relaxation. Even if you have to schedule the time in your day where you know from 6 p.m. to 6 30, you're getting lost in relaxation. How beautiful is that? And if you tell yourself you don't have time for relaxation because of all of the responsibilities you have in your life, we will say you absolutely have time for relaxation because time is nonlinear. You create time, you can expand time or contract time. So you can easily expand time to create time for your relaxation. Beginning of your day, middle of your day, end of your day. You can also relax during your day. Whereas your reaction to how someone else is, you can react in a relaxed way, training your nervous system to be relaxed. So the three-minute activity is something you can really help to train yourself to be relaxed and to be in that relaxed state. You get that a lot with showers. You know, that's why you get ideas in the shower or right after the shower. You know, the energy has a lot of positive ions from the water. Yes, that's cascading over your aura, cleansing out any negative energy. It's a beautiful practice to do before you go to bed. Yes, absolutely, of course. But also, typically you're not on your phone, you're not stretching or impacting or stressing your body, you're not doing something spiritually closed off. So that's a time where you get this relaxed state. So you can even expand on that or honor that energy you have in the shower when you get out of the shower and go to bed before bed if you do that routine. Finding ways to get your body into the parasympathetic nervous system and out of fight or flight is a huge topic. And that's what this is. On the simplest, simplest, simplest level, you are teaching your body to get out of that sympathetic nervous system because no living being, living thing can survive under stressful conditions 24-7. But as humans, you impact yourself and you give yourself stress on stress on stress because that is the internal programming for success and progress. Progress and success can only come to you if you rest and give yourself time just with you.
