When Time Slows Down: Current Energetics Update
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Time has been feeling warped for a lot of us, like the day disappears before we even get our footing. Nikki sits with that shared sensation and then follow a surprising real-life clue: a 45-minute yoga class that suddenly feels spacious, slow, and complete, with enough room for longer holds and the kind of shavasana we usually have to rush. That moment kicks off an intuitive exploration of what “time expansion” can feel like in the body, in the mind, and in the rhythm of everyday life.
From there, she talks about the simple “one Mississippi” test people use to check whether a minute still feels like a minute and what it means when your count comes up short or lands perfectly on 60. Nikki also connects the shift to energetic themes floating around the Schumann resonance (Earth’s “heartbeat”), including the idea of a reset that nudges the collective into calmer, clearer bandwidth. You can take this spiritually, psychologically, or both, but the practical question stays the same: are we rushing through life, or are we finally getting space to breathe again?
The bigger takeaway is about spiritual alignment through authenticity. She shares why she sees authenticity as the highest vibration, how it ties into purpose, work, and the choices we stop tolerating, and why collective healing could change the way we experience everything from technology to community. Nikki also touches on Uranus in Gemini and why repeating history is not guaranteed when consciousness evolves.
Listen, try the Mississippi experiment for yourself, and then share what you notice. If this resonates, subscribe, leave a review, and send this to a friend who keeps saying “Where did the day go?”

SPEAKER_01And I'm doing this solo cast because I had a few aha's today specifically, and over the last week, those aha's also downloads intuitive messages, messages from my guides. So I wanted to bring that and just talk about it and throw it out there, talk about what's been going on with me energetically, what I'm feeling and what's coming through. So to start, I want to speak about time and where we are right now with time. So I don't know if you've noticed over the last few years or even recently, time has felt really fast. And we even joke, right? It's something, you know, just like, how's your day? How's the weather? Time's moving so fast. I can't believe it's already enter said month, right? I can't believe it's already enter said holiday. And we've been saying that that's been something that is in our repertoire of conversation. So much so that about a month or two ago, I started to see videos on Instagram of people starting to really question this and asking, is this actually what's happening? So much that they would take their clock on their phone, at their house, whatever it is, and they would count, like we learned in school, at least here in the states, we learned one Mississippi, two Mississippi to get to 60 seconds for your one minute. And people that did this and counted found that they were ending at 48, 49, 51. Almost that time was being stolen from us, like whatever that could mean for whoever was feeling it at that time. And I decided to try that for myself. So I tried it for myself, and I ended up getting to about 52. And I felt, wow, yes, the world feels crazy. Everything feels like it's going very, very fast. And even those silly things we say all the time about the world's moving so fast, I can't believe it's already Memorial Day. I can't believe summer's almost over. I can't believe winter's already here. All of those things. Perhaps we've been saying them for a reason because time has sped up. Maybe time sped up in our favor to accelerate the conscious awakening on Earth so that more and more people can come into the light. I've talked about this before, especially in Arcturian channeling. We're seeing so much chaos and negativity and strife and pain around the world because whenever the when the light illuminates, when the light illuminates, it's showing and has to cast light on everything that's dark for it to be healed, integrated, come to the surface, released, etc. That's why we're seeing so much pain because more and more people are finding the truth within themselves, finding their purpose, finding their spark, finding their life, finding that they have gratitude, enjoy life, etc., all of those things. So as we're growing and evolving, the consciousness of Earth is also growing and evolving. And perhaps the speed of time was helping us to grow and evolve. That could be, you know, there's many theories of why time sped up. And I'll let you go down your rabbit holes if you want to do that on your own and look for other ways of why time might have sped up. I bring this up because I've felt this for months at least, at least six months or so. Tired, exhausted, even with healthy habits, even with sleeping okay, even with eating right, you know, all of the things that I do for my health without wearing sunglasses in the morning, allowing my circadian rhythm to be balanced, um, allowing myself to have windown time and then ease in time in the morning, all of these things that I do. I was still feeling a brain fog and a bit fatigued and things like that, you know, heavy metal detox, et cetera, trying to help those. So I bring all of this up because I was teaching a yoga class this morning and it's a 6 a.m. class. And the 6 a.m. class is 45 minutes long. I have a set sequence I do for that class. It's the type of class that requires a set sequence. So I do that set sequence, the same flow the whole time. And I always feel when I do that sequence that I'm running against the clock. I'm definitely feeling, oh, we only have 10 minutes left. We only have five minutes left. I have to get us a Shavas, and I that's three minutes that I need them to lay down. I'm only gonna be able to do it for a minute. This is, I have to speed up, et cetera. And today, when I got to class, my regulars were there and we were having a good time. I spent more time in poses intuitively, just feeling breathing, not talking, allowing all of the students to hang out in the postures for longer than what I typically do in a 45-minute class. And by the time we were going down to our mat for the end of the class, where we start to stretch and then get into shavasana, I still had about 12 minutes left. And I was happily astounded because I did all of the same exact moves that I did before. And I held the moves longer. I held the poses longer from what I usually do when I teach the class, because I usually move at lightning speed so that we can have this hot yoga flow sequence and hit all of the heavy hitters and then get our stretch in and our shavasana. So we, you know, go to the floor, we we do our shavasana, et cetera. And the shavasana is one of the most spacious shavasanas I've had in a class of that of that length, 45 minutes. We had about a three and a half minute shavasana, which is beautiful. And I haven't been able to do that in so long because there are so many moves to do in this class, and I always feel like I'm running against the clock. So finishing class, out in the lobby, getting ready. And one of my students is like, Hey, that was a really great class. It felt really, really good. What did you do different? And I said, I don't think I did anything different. We held postures for longer, but we had more time. It was weird. And he said, Yeah, it was interesting because I really enjoyed us holding the postures for longer. But then towards the end, we were even going slower to stretch and we were going slower for shivasana. And I said, Yes, I know. And that's bonkers and crazy because we went slower than I typically do for any of these classes. So as he was saying that, I'm starting to get these intuitive hits in my head that time is slow again. Enjoy it. Actually, my guide showed me a vignette from the 90s of time is slow, bicycles outside, sunshine on your face. It's a summer day, you don't have any worries, you know, that kind of vibe that I had in the 90s when I was a teenager. So he left. I, you know, come home and then I go back and I teach another class at nine. That was a one-hour class. And again, that class felt super spacious. We stayed in poses longer. It was a power class. We had everything we needed to. It was a super hard class. And then we took a really long time stretching at the end and about a three to four minute shavasana again, which is what is needed, what we were supposed to have when we do these practices. Shavasana is the most important part. It integrates everything that we just worked on into our body. So I got home and I still have, I keep having these ideas and this thought in my head: time's expanded. How beautiful. This huge gratitude. Time's expanded. We're back to this timeline of smiling and gratitude and peace and slow living and just enjoying the day-to-day without being forced or pushed to rush through things. So I start making lunch and I am inspired to open Instagram, which I do every now and then to see what's going on. And I open Instagram and there's a few messages about the Schumann residence. And for those of you that know about the Schumann residence or not, it's the pretty much the heartbeat of Earth and it shows us where we are energetically on the planet. And if there's an uptick, usually people might feel nausea, headaches, lightheadedness. And if there's a downtick, you might feel fatigue and um anxious and things like that, right? There's also these times where the there are these spaces in the Schumann resonance or when it just can't even be picked up, right? So really interesting things about the Schumann resonance. Uh and I saw a few uh reels on Instagram about how about 17 hours ago, right now it's 1245 Central Time on Tuesday, April 7th, as I record this. So last night, Monday, April 6th, there was a whiteout on the Schumann residence. And I didn't dig too much because my guides pretty much came through and said, This is it. This is it. And if if you want to dig, if I want to dig, we can dig more into what that means, etc. But it was almost as though the Schumann residents did a hard boot reset of lights, of white light energy towards the collective. And that reboot and that reset got us into a timeline. I know it sounds kooky, but stay with me. Got us into this timeline now where time is expanded and where we are back in this expansion. So I decided, okay, let me do the Mississippi experiment again. And I look at my phone and it says 1229. And I think to myself, okay, and when it hits 1230, I'll start counting one Mississippi, two Mississippi. And it's going and going and going. And that minute was so juicy and long, it made me smile. Because other times that I've tried this, or even other times where I've thought, oh, I have a meeting at at um whatever XYZ time, and then I look at the clock again and it's already that time, or it's it's a minute before and time just whizzed away, right? So the clock hits 12:30 and I start counting one Mississippi, two Mississippi, three Mississippi. I'm doing the exact same thing that I did months ago. And when I start getting into the 30s and 40s, I'm still counting, but I'm thinking to myself, wow, 35 Mississippi, 37 Mississippi, these are a lot of syllables. I'm sure I'm gonna end up at the 51 again or 52. The clock hasn't changed, and then I go 58 Mississippi, 59 Mississippi. As soon as I said ippy, it turned. Identical 60 seconds. So I wanted to share that. One as an intuitive message from my guides that we did expand into this new energy. And a lot of it has to do with the transits happening in April with the planets, but also a lot of it has to do with all of the inner work and outer work all of us are doing. The things we are accepting, the things we're not accepting, the authenticity inside of us. Authenticity is the highest vibration on the planet. Happiness, gratitude, appreciation, yes, those are huge. But authenticity and being your authentic self, highest, highest, highest vibration. So the more of us that are in this high, high vibration of authenticity, the more we were raising the collective into this new earth, Eckhart Tole calls it, you know, ever all civilizations have this energy. And you can look into Dolores Canon and the split of the two earths. You can look much, many different worlds, many different teachers, many different cultures have talked about this point in time. And lucky you, lucky me, we incarnated at this time to be a part of the evolution and to heal not only the planet but our bloodline. So we're doing really, really important work right now. So we are moving into a place where Earth is splitting. It's not a scary thing. We're splitting into the lower vibration density and the higher vibration density. And it'll be almost, you know, those parallel realities. We do live in a multiverse. It's a whole other podcast we can talk about. We're splitting into these different realities. And the reality of the light is the reality of what I'm feeling now. That it's there's no question that this is the path that we're on. This is the path that we're moving towards. If you have ever heard the teachings of Ra, really, really fascinating, fascinating channeling from the 80s. And the channeling talks about how the end, the way that things end up at this time in the evolution of humanity is that light wins. So the percentage of how many uh light in the collective versus how many dark in the collective to make it win is proves based on Ra, if you want to look into his teachings. There's a lot of teachings on YouTube, and people who read the teachings or the channelings, et cetera, you can learn about it. We have enough light on our side of people in the light, coming more inward, having authenticity, um, not taking bullshit, being authentic, calling out what is not working, what is working, living in their authenticity, and then tearing away the things that they don't want anymore, tearing away those things that aren't serving them. A lot of that comes down to jobs, right? Maybe you lost your job and you've been out of work for two years. Well, you're out of work because that's a job you're not supposed to have. So go back into your inner purpose, go back into what you came here on earth as a soul to do, peel down the layers, you can journal, it's free, you can meditate, it's free, and find what that is and start doing it without any idea that you are gonna make money on it, and that's where the money comes from. So if you have this ping all the time that you're supposed to write a book and you keep second-guessing yourself and telling you, I'm not supposed to write a book, that's gonna be that's gonna take forever, it's gonna not, it's gonna cost money, I'm not gonna make any money, who's gonna read it? What do I would even say, et cetera? You're just telling that loop story, but you have that ping and you know what you're supposed to do. So, right now, a lot of people are waking up to their authenticity with that. The collective is moving into this light, light energy era, with that, with that, Mother Gaia is also moving with us because she's our guide, guiding us into this light era. And she pretty much did a hard reset and said, All right, you all raised your vibration so much, I'll raise two. And with that raising, actually really, it's like it's healing, some of my guides are saying, creates this healing, creates this blanket healing across, creates this quiet clarity of no, that's not right. Yes, that works for me. And I bring this up because I want you to see if you are feeling time expanded and savoring that time expansion. I also uh, with transits, I mentioned that we have Uranus coming into Gemini, and there's all of this talk about, you know, when that happened, the last whatever 84 years. Every 84 years this happens, and there's a war, and there's this, and there's that, and there's all this chaos and negativity that happened. Well, all of that chaos and negativity happened was because the collective was still low and in dark vibration, and we weren't healed like this. So it's your Uranus in Gemini shines light on what it's supposed to shine light on. It doesn't mean it's always going to be negative. It doesn't mean it's always going to start war, it's always going to start what it needs to start in a negative way. Uranus going into Gemini at this point in the stage when we're in a really, really beautiful place with the collective healing and being in this energy could simply mean that we are catapulting faster into a society where we are no longer feeling the thumb pressed on us, I would say, you know, however that may be, whether it's, you know, ways that we are kept small, ways that we are kept poor, paying for things that could be free, paying for things that um should be, you know, are given right to live here on the planet, paying for things that uh are greed, that's what my guides are saying. Greed's been a big part of it. And now we're moving into this era of light and of appreciation and of authenticity. So, with that, since our collective is so polar opposite from what it was 84 years ago and 160 years ago, wouldn't the result of Uranus and Gemini be different now that we are in this new transit? Because we look at that before 1941, right? And then we look now of where we are. And you know, I see I see these images of where Earth's going, and we're all on our own journey, right? So we all can choose whatever we want to choose. We can choose that we want to live technology, be be with technology, be with AI, all of that, of course. We have free will. And what I've been seeing, and I have goosebumps seeing this, is remembering why we came to Earth as souls, the blue skies, the green grass, the sound of the birds, the smell of the wind, the feel of the wind, the sand beneath our feet, the grass beneath our feet, the water in the ocean and the lake, all of these things. Living here, enjoying my guides are even showing me like pulling your shoulders back and lifting your chin up, not long, no longer looking at your phone. That's not where life is. Life is all the way around us. So, what I see is we're moving into this new energy and this new existence in the collective, and this time expansion is helping us to get there, is getting back into having land, having, you know, having your small communities, having just happiness in a way where you can still, if you want, be bougie. You can still be bougie if you have land and you grow your own food and you go to dinner and and you do things like that. You can still be bougie. It doesn't mean you're stri stripping yourself away from everything. So you can pick your course of what you want to do. But what I see are little pods of communities, and those communities, you know, are just light and happy and enjoying each other. It's actually it's it's much like when you visit Europe, you know, and you go to Europe and you're uh there and you, you know, everyone gets out of work. And in America, when you get out of work, you either go to the gym or go home and then cook and then maybe watch a show and go to bed. And in Europe, work is really not, at least my experience in Europe. Anyone European can tell me different, but my experience living in Europe, I lived in London. I um, my family's Croatian, I've spent time in Europe, and I have friends and those that we work with through Modern Zenco that live in Europe. Work, a nine to five job, is not like the cat, is not the best, it's not the thing that people get up in the morning for at all. That's a thing that pays the bills. And they're not expected to work 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., right? There's a lot of these countries that have rolled out rules where you cannot reach out to me after 5 p.m., I'm done. So what I'm seeing with these buckets and these pods of communities, whether it be around the US or in different areas, more of like, you know, La Dolce Vita, enjoying life. Like work is work. You can, you know, we want to come to a place where your vocation is aligned with your purpose so you don't feel that disconnect where you can be your authentic self at work and you're not putting on a mask. That's gonna keep you healthy. That's gonna keep you away from inflammation, keep you away from disease because you're being your authentic self, your whole 100% of your day, right? And then you have work is just, you know, paying your bills, helping you to do things, and um you're getting fulfilled by working, and vice versa. The person that you're working with or working for, or if it's yourself, everyone wins. And then communities, talking, collaboration, laughing, being outdoors, having dinner, going on walks. I see, I see all of this being more community based and more really true connection based, almost so that this generation now that's between, I would say younger than eight or nine, like that generation now is. A generation that's going to almost like push against everything technologically wise that's coming up and come more to grassroots where they want to be, you know, barefoot in the grass or go to dinner outdoors with their friends without having to, you know, schedule it forty-five for for 45 minutes through text or whatever. They just know that on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. they all meet at this pub or at this park or whatever it might be. So it's much simpler pulling apart all of the things that we've been sold are supposed to make us happy. But happiness comes from authenticity, us living our our true, true soul, soul's calling. Happiness appreciation. And now we have all of this expansiveness in time to support us as we're growing. I hope you enjoyed this episode. I hope you feel the expansiveness in time, the expansiveness in the day-to-day. Enjoy it. Maybe you do your own experiment and see how your one Mississippi 2 Mississippi is going. I send you so much love, so much light. Thanks for listening all the way to the end, and we'll see you soon. Bye.
